We have released our new scheduling add-on to everyone. You can now create a schedule for specific times, events or shifts.  Users, Admins or Managers can be enabled to receive reminders (via text, email or twitter)  about clocking in/out of a scheduled event.

This add-on has a lot of great features that you should try out! Check out our wiki for a detailed guide on how to use the scheduling add-on and/or you can watch it in action through this video link.

Now you can set your Timesheets to automatically round to the nearest increment of your choice upon clock in and/or clock out. All of it is customizable, so it still leaves you in control. Many of you have requested this feature because it just keeps things simple – the middle name of TSheets so to speak.  Dealing in even numbers is always better than dealing with fractions.

For the past couple of months we’ve been hard at work on many different projects, one of the highlights is our new scheduling add-on. This add-on allows you to schedule users for an event and enable them (and/or managers and admins) to receive reminders to clock in/out for the scheduled event.

Please note: This add-on is still in beta and is still under development. Please be patient and submit all bugs/feedback to support@tsheets.com.

Toodledo Integration

TSheets and Toodledo have teamed up to bring an easy to use, web-based to-do list right into your TSheets interface.

Toodledo\'s Gadget in TSheetsAbout Toodledo: Toodledo is an easy to use online task manager.  Having a single place where all your to-do’s are permanently stored and easily accessible will allow you to relax, knowing that you won’t forget anything. Use folders, subtasks, due-dates, priorities, tags, contexts, goals, notes, time estimates and other information to easily organize, search and sort through your tasks.

To enable Toodledo integration, simply login to your account as an administrator, click “My Account” -> “Add-ons” and then click the “Install” button on the Toodledo addon.  You’ll now have a new “Toodledo” menu item.  Clicking it will bring up Toodledo’s “slim” version right inside TSheets as another popup window.

Using Toodledo will require you to create an account on their system, but that’s free and easy to do.  The first time you launch the Toodledo application within TSheets you will have the option to either login or create a new account.

There’s one thing to be aware of when using the Toodledo application on shared computers.  Since you login to Toodledo and TSheets separately, you will also need to logout of each separately.  Logging out of Toodledo is as simple as clicking “Settings” -> “Logout”.
