When are you going to provide support for your iphone app to support manual timesheet?

  2. Matt Says:

Manual timesheet support is currently on our release roadmap. I would expect it sometime in the next couple of months. Keep an eye on this page or our blog for updates.

    Thanks for the feedback.

  3. iPhone App Update: Weekly Reports Says:

[...] We’re excited to announce that you can now view weekly reports using our native iPhone app. [...]

  4. Gareth Carter Says:

How do I access the list of our staff members so that I can load historical timesheets/reports to dicsuss with our staff when out on site?

The most frequent request I have is that our staff want to see how many hours they worked for the previous week in total/or a certain job.

  5. Matt N Says:

@Gareth – Currently this feature is not available on our native app. We have plans for a “manager” edition of the app in the future that would serve your needs.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Have you made progress with Manual timesheet reporting on your iphone app? thanks!

  8. Jared Says:

    Hi bhornberger,
We actually are getting closer to having manual time entry available on the iPhone App! Stay tuned to our blog – we’ll announce it once it’s available, it’ll be a little later this year.

I have been using an old time clock program on a Sony Clie called Titrax, which is still the best I have found. However, support for the program stopped years ago so I am hoping for something to replace when I get my Verizon iPhone next week. Your program sounds as though it may serve my purposes, but I have a few questions.

    1. If I start working on another project and forget to change the running time clock, can the time be shifted to the other project?

    2. Will your program continue to run in the background while I use my iPhone for other purposes, such as answering phone calls, surfing the web, or using a calculator?

    3. If I begin my day on a project, but forget to “punch in,” can I add time to a project manually to enter the missing time?

    4. At the end of the day, I need to post all the data for each project, and the day’s total time, to my calendar or a timesheet, then reset all clocks for the next day.

I am hoping your program can serve my purposes!

Just an FYI – we finally have manual time entry on the iPhone app :) Be assured, we’re always working on improving it so stay tuned for even more improvements in the coming weeks and months.
