Enfatico is a global advertising agency with a unique ability to activate and deliver great ideas
efficiently. When the company found TSheets in the switch to a new timekeeping system at the Austin, Texas headquarters, Enfatico was emphatic about one overriding point: usability.
With three global hubs, Enfatico employs 100 people from nine countries, where they create ideas and deliver on- and off-line campaigns to North American markets. The agency previously utilized a dual project management/time tracking system that left much to be desired, and that
was often left unused.
“We were looking for something simple, easy to use, web based, and with the potential to be used in any office,” details Megan Skell, Client Finance Manager at Enfatico. “We wanted detailed reporting requests and flexibility. At first we considered hiring developers. Then we found
TSheets.”
TSheets oversaw the migration of over 2000 jobs to the new system, while reducing the number of job codes to make it easier and more accurate for employees to track time and for supervisors to review.
“The simplicity factor is huge. TSheets looks friendly and is streamlined,” Megan comments. “People like the way it looks and that helps a lot. You can access almost everything from the dashboard, and customize the report set up exactly as needed.”
New hires are trained on the system in a 10-minute orientation, and employees are given a one page “cheat sheet” to make the learning curve evaporate.
Enfatico especially appreciates the flexibility of reporting. Clients have different requirements for the data they need for billing, with different compensation models to match. TSheets allows for infinite variation within the easy-to-use framework.
“The simpler, the better,” comments Megan. With that concept, Enfatico is ready to take on even more of the ad world.
